Why Phases Yoga?
Each of us has our own set of patterns that settle into our body. Some of these patterns we seek to enhance such as joy, acceptance and perseverance. Other influences such as tension, frustration and anger may have adverse effects on our overall well being.
Just as each person has been shaped through their own unique experiences, mindful support allows for the individual to explore their own nature and grow.
Phases Yoga provides an inclusive environment to hear each individual's needs, goals and to guide the most supportive yoga practice for each circumstance.
In my own experience, I have found that yoga can offer a pillar of support. I have been fortunate to learn from many individuals who have offered me guidance through significant times in my life.
I look forward to learning alongside and supporting you in your own adventure.

I am honoured to take part in your online yoga experience as your mindfulness guide.
Nature demonstrates its strength and adaptability through its many phases. We count on the seasons, phases of the moon, growth of vegetation and animals to maintain and nurture our lives. Our environment can act as the best source of inspiration if we are able to appreciate its beauty. The learning that exists through the change of nature's patterns is what inspired Phases Yoga.
In the spirit of reconciliation, I acknowledge that I live, work and play on the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Kainai, Piikani), the Tsuut’ina, the Îyâxe Nakoda Nations, the Métis Nation (Region 3), and all people who make their homes in the Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta.
