Morning Flow

Monday Mornings

8:00-8:45am (MST)

Start your week off with a breath and centre focused flow. Asana will be used to create heat, meditation to create awareness and reflection to assist in growth. 

*In order to create space for any discussion (questions, special considerations etc) before class, zoom sessions will begin 15 mins prior to the class start time. Please feel welcome to come in early and share or show up right at the class start time.

Thursday Evenings

Ease into the weekend with a class designed to soothe your nervous system and support relaxation. Please have 3 pillows near your mat for this practice & a blanket.
