It is important that each individual is supported within the rhythm that works best for them (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly etc.). In order to support each unique rhythm, I am able to accommodate a small number of clients outside of availability as listed.

"I recently participated in the 7 week trauma-informed yoga therapy program with Nicole and would highly recommend her as a yoga therapist.
